Life for Kitt wasn’t necessarily normal.  Growing up with an abusive alcoholic Father, a passive Mother, and an overly expressive older sister, Kitt always just tried to stay out of  the way of a hardened fist.  She quickly had to adapt to a life on the street and finally needed to learn how to toughen up.


This thriller takes you through the life of someone who constantly tries to keep out of harms way, yet she finds herself right in the middle of it, regardless of all her efforts.  Sexual abuse, captivity and living on the streets, this thriller is not for those with a weak stomach.  But it may show each reader that no matter what you are faced with, you can choose to fight and make things better for yourself.


“My Mother was so angry.  I mean really truly ANGRY.  The knuckles on her fists were white.  Her eyeballs looked like they were going to pop out of her face.  All she was saying was, "I'm not telling Daddy!.......Who is gonna pay the rent if he leaves us?.......How am I supposed to do this?!"
