Kolor Kathmandu

In 2012, Sattya set out to color the streets of Kathmandu and bring it to life. We wanted to transform Kathmandu into a colorful open gallery space, and make Kathmandu a place with art for the people, by the people - the kind of art that stops people, makes them think, and tells stories. 


Part of this project was that each mural will be dedicated to the 75 districts that make Nepal what it is. We looked into sharing their stories, impressions, perspectives, and elements of different places through our art work!
