Bette is Fiesty!
I really liked how protective and feisty Bette is, I always enjoy the development of VT Bond charachters and worlds. I would like to have a bit more background on Deck to give him a bit more depth. But the two of them were steamy hot together and he definitely took care of his omega.
Great short story
Bette is omega to do the best by her family. Deck is the Alpha who fights and claims her. Will Deck and Bette find love the both want and treasure. This story fast, steamy and just great for a quick read.
Wet and wild
I think Bette’s backstory, which is mentioned in passing, plus the circumstances she finds herself in years later is a reminder just how cruel and brutal this new world is. But just when things go from dire to seemingly under control, she meets Deck. What promises to be a brutal and humiliating end is actually just the beginning of something sacred and beautiful. Once again, well done!
