From the very first page of Let Us Prey, we fell in love with Mimi Capurro, the funny and feisty owner of Gotcha Detective Agency (and ex-Secret Service agent). What’s meant to be a routine bodyguard job leads Mimi to both a dead body and an old boyfriend, and puts her in a killer’s path. Prey
Good story with unexpected twists. Vampires, role playing and lost love renewed keep the story fresh and interesting. And, every woman deserves a friend like Charles and a dog like Lola!
Easy and interesting read.
Not overly complicated but entertaining enough to keep the pages turning.
Good
It started slow, but once it got going it was good. I’m going to read the next book to give it a chance to be more…😊. I hope it will be because I like these types of books with a lot going on.
