4 Stars for Living Violet
Overall, I really enjoyed this book. I read it in about two days. I like how the paranormal aspect of it is different from vampires, werewolves, or ghosts. It's not a totally cliche book. I actually enjoyed it a lot. I love the main character, Samara, and I like how Jaime Reed makes her a biracial heroine. At first, I didn't like Caleb, but like what happened to Samara, he grew on me. I like the fact that he's weird and quirky sometimes. It makes him more believable as a character in terms of personality. He's not too cocky and he's not too "bad boy". Overall, again, I would recommend this book because it's different in the paranormal sense. And it's a good, interesting read.
P.S. I wish I could choose my eyecolor. It would be Hazel. My _______'s name would be Ariani.
If you don't understand what I mean by _______, I'm trying not to spoil it for you. Just read the book. You'll understand.
