Rylee, a physical therapist, notices Lincoln, a NYPD detective, when she arrives at the hotel she will be staying in while interviewing for a job in New York. As the story progresses the terms of the weekend are set, a mid-game foul causes a change in plans, and sitting on the sidelines is not an option either one of them has. E.M. Shoe has crafted a thrilling game of cat and mouse featuring a cast of old and new characters you can’t help but love.

Lost In Linc
Fast paced intriguing read that has suspense, danger, betrayal, a kidnapping and murder. Rylee had to fly to NYC for an interview at a full service sports injury and recovery center but she hates flying. Her best friend Olson (Ollie) is an attorney and got a job in NYC to be with his fiancé Paul. He wanted her to find one there too because he promised her dad he would protect her. She lost her parents to a random home invasion and LA wasn't safe for her any longer. Linc is staying at a hotel for his best friend Noah's wedding. His ex wife betrayed him which made him concentrate on work and his daughter. He is a NYPD detective in the cold case department with a new younger partner. Well written storyline and characters that I absolutely loved. Rylee and Linc go through a lot but eventually get their HEA ending. I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.
