Emotional and heartbreaking!
Love After Us is a phenomenal, emotional, and heart wrenching conclusion in the Covert Affairs Duet. This book had so many twists and turns and I was hooked from the first page wanting to see how Teddy and Seth’s story would unfold. This was a story about rebuilding yourself after trauma and working through those struggles.
This story was an emotional rollercoaster and I felt everything the characters felt. This might be my favorite story by Claudia Burgoa and I can’t wait to see what she writes next!

Amazing
There was a little bit that I didn't think I would survive reading the end of this duet. There was so much angst!!!
I think this duet is my favorite CB story. It wrecked me but it was so so so good. I am already needing the next one since I have so many questions about what is going on with the St. James family.
Tears and smiles all around
As I mentioned in my review of After The Vows, Seth and Teddy quickly became what I thought was my favorite Claudia Burgoa couple to date. This became factual while enjoying Love After Us. I also think it's one of the, if not the actual most romantic book from the author.
After the trauma suffered by Teddy, I really worried where this character and the book in general was headed. But the open and honest way Seth and Teddy connected with each other made me smile as well as cry both happy and sad tears.
The twists and turns in this story are too good to spoil, but I cannot wait to see what happens next. Plus, I want people who read this review to anticipate the story, not read a rehash of everything that happens. So, while this may be short and sweet, this review gives two thumbs up and a gloweing 5 stars to Seth, Teddy and Love After Us!
