Missed opportunity for love
I’ve been reading so many good books lately. Of course, Heidi McLaughlin is always a guaranteed good read and this novella is no exception.
Great characters, keep-me-guessing plot, spicy, and romantic, everything I look for in a good romance. Although, it’s a shorter story, I felt there was so much more than I expected, giving a good insight into the characters and why they did what they did. My only complaint, is that it ends a bit abruptly. Though the conclusion was happy, I was a little disappointed. Luckily, the author wrote a spicy but sweet bonus epilogue that’s available for download on her website.
