Avery has just found out that not only is she a siren, but it’s her destiny to save the Evermist - not to mention her original world. When they pass through the portal Avery somehow ends up alone and is met by the extremely annoying Marek, the fae prince. At the castle she finds a hostile queen who tries to keep her apart from her mates, especially Charles. With both internal and external forces pushing against them Avery, Charles, Lysander, and Tarin, along with some surprising new allies, must give everything they have to protect the Evermist and the peoples there. I received an advance copy of this book and voluntarily left a review.
A revelation, an education, and a destiny
Avery’s life has changed so much, and now she is in a different realm. Her awakening is just beginning. Brought to vivid life the realm of Evermist is exciting, really cool, and a bit frightening. Lysander, Charles, and Tarin provide support and some HOT sexy times, but the storyline of a prophecy and scary baddies keep the pace at breakneck. Our heroine is strong and independent, but can also make a mistake and learn from it. This action packed fantasy keeps you intrigued and on the edge of your seat.
Good book
Avery is back as she discovers that faerie is not at all what she expected and is left trying to navigate it. The story flows well and keeps you interested.
