Publisher Description
LUMINA is dedicated to encouraging challenging discourse on the issues most significant to the screen arts and broadcast sector. Reflecting the breadth of contemporary thinking this journal – produced by the Australian Film Television and Radio School – is committed to publishing serious discussion of subjects, interviews, essays and reflections from leading thinkers and practitioners.
In this issue, which is a collection of Friday on My Mind sessions held at the Australian Film Television and Radio School during 2010 and 2011, we hope to provide a cross-section of the breadth & depth of craft and practice that drives the screen arts and broadcast sectors. The interviews in this issue span film, television and new media and are provided here to share experience, process and points of view from the perspective of Australian practitioners. They are a testament to the insights and generosity of our guests.
