In this application I indented to share a useful guide to essential oil recipes for metaphysical uses. The recipes I’m sharing are pretty unique because I have found most oils in recipes are chemically extracted. The recipes here only use the oils that can be found in a therapeutic form.  What is a therapeutic essential oil?  This is a type of oil that can be extracted by natural means. The oils listed are either cold pressed, steam distilled or carbon dioxide extracted.  I always enjoyed the artificial oils because of their fragrant aromas.  However, I discovered most chemically extracted oils carry toxins that are not great for our bodies. Our skin is our largest organ on our body and absorbs anything we put on it. Therefore I decided to take my metaphysical practice   to a healthier level, and share what I have learn with everyone. As you use these recipes remember they may smell different on our skin due to our skins different PH levels.  So feel free to experiment with these recipes.  If you’re wondering where to find therapeutic essential oils I use this site www.scentstoliveby.com.  They have several therapeutic grade essential oils sites.  There are other high quality sites on the internet however, there prices to higher with the same or less quality.  Even though therapeutic oils are pure they can still irritate skin.  Please remember to dilute them I usually use a base oil.  A base oil can be olive oil, sweet almond oil, grape seed oil, apricot colonel oil and jojoba oil on this ratio 15 drops = approx 7.5 ml = approx 1.5 teaspoons per recipe or 30 drops and what the recipe calls for.  Everyone skin tolerance is different. So if you have to cut them even more please do remember safety first; try a small spot on your skin to make sure there is no irritation. I also recommend instead of burning in a charcoal the oil itself, but get a diffuse the area with the aroma.

Cautions some oils even if there essential oils will can irritate skin some may even cause allergic reaction. Oils that are potent like oregano, clove, petitgrain, black pepper, and peppermint can be very potent in their raw base (essential form).  Always remember after handling essential oils new touch your face, eyes, or mucus membranes (sensitive areas) always wash your hang with soap and water carefully please.
