Mary A. Donovan v. Earl W. Ogston and

Action in the district court for St. Louis county for personal injuries to plaintiff Mary A. Donovan, also known as Mollie D. Donovan, and for consequential damages to her husband, now deceased, all arising when said plaintiff was struck by an auto owned by defendant Earl W. Ogston and operated by defendant Allen E. Ogston. The case was tried before Christ Holm, Judge, and a jury, which returned a verdict for defendants. From an order denying their motion for a new trial, plaintiffs appealed.
