Mighty Hammer Down
Legend of Reason, no. 1
Publisher Description
The small flames of the old magic roar to mighty infernos; burning some and lighting the way for others. Great beasts now walk the earth again, and the gods themselves have come down to influence the world of man once more. But the new god of war is not interested in their agenda. He fights with all his might for the freedom of mankind, struggling to bring light to the coming darkness.

Excellent
A great read which resonates with the world (and country) in its current state.
Not often that a modern novel comes along that not only inflames the imagination but also the long debate of theology and the roles of the people; the ones that are blind as well as those of us who can see!
Glorious
I enjoyed this book immensely. The historical elements satisfied my love for history, the magic was implemented very well adding an extra depth to the already grand plot, and the philosophical commentary was the cherry on top. Overall one of my favorite reads this year, keep it up Mr. Guyton and I can't wait to read the next books.
Excellent read if a bit preachy
It feels very similar to terry goodkinds later books with a heavy philosophical bent of his personal beliefs, but good action and story. Will be buying and reading the second book immediately. He also has good armor making tutorials on YouTube.
