An Excellent Supplement
Dr. Goldstein's books and tapes have been an excellent resource for me in my journey to learn to focus my thoughts and relieve the stress in my life. It is a method used and taught by many professionals and medical wellness centers all over the world.
I started with his book on Mindfulness Meditation that has more details about this method in addition to his step-by-step guide and videos. The Now Effect and all his videos available on You Tube are great supplements but I would highly recommend beginning with his Mindfulness Meditation for Stress Relief book to develop a full understanding of this powerful method.
