Publisher Description
An omega was the sweetest prey. She was going to be mine, and I'd make sure she never ran from me again.
***
My family made my life a misery, but there was nothing I could do to escape them. I had nowhere else to go.
The monster I encountered in the forest overwhelmed my senses, calling to the omega in me. I couldn't believe I let him touch me, but I was so starved for affection I couldn't help myself.
And then I did the only thing that made sense…
I ran.
But the monster hunted me down. He said he gave me a choice, but he won't let me go. He's going to claim me as his mate.
What reason did I have to deny him when my own family didn't want me?
***This is the seventh book in the Monsters in the Mountains series but it can be read as a standalone. It is a Cinderella retelling.***

Great story loved it
Ivy was sent to her aunts after her parents death and was immediately treated like a slave. When her aunt takes her children to a ball to meet the new governor Ivy finally gets a few days to herself. Ivy decides to take a walk for her birthday. After a storm comes up she gets disoriented and stops to rest where, a monster, finds her. Realizing she’s an Omega De’Drik takes her to his camp to care for her. I loved this retelling. De’Drik as a monster is sweet and caring and I was half in love with him. Great story, fast paced, sweet and steamy. Loved it.

Twisted Cinderella
Having read Rescuing Red, I was eager to read more from this author. Monster’s Hunt did not disappoint. Imagine my surprise when I realized I was reading Cinderella which is my favorite fairy tale. So good!.
