Publisher Description
Lucy Galloway is the daughter of the two most famous spies no one has ever heard of. As a woman, it hasn't been easy to build a career as an agent. She fought against all odds to rise to the top and earn a spot among the Royal Saboteurs. Imagine her annoyance when too-good-to-be-true Duncan Slorach continually bests her at training camp. The man isn't just good at codes and hand-to-hand combat, he never accidentally blows anything up. So when Lucy is partnered with Duncan on her first mission, protecting the eldest son of the prime minister, it's the second worst part of the assignment. The first is that she must act as a nanny to the prime minister's young son. What is she supposed to do with a six-year-old all day?
For eighteen months, Duncan Slorach trained to be a Royal Saboteur. He's one of the best, and when he's finally offered a mission, he jumps at the chance. The only problem? His partner. For eighteen months, Duncan has been in love with Lucy Galloway. Unrequited love. The woman barely seems to know he's alive. Duncan is ready to put his feelings aside and concentrate on the assignment, but that proves impossible when Lucy and Duncan are forced to spend long hours alone together and begin to build a friendship. Surely, if he could just kiss her, she'd realize she has feelings for him too.
As Lucy and Duncan draw closer to discovering the traitor in their midst, they realize nothing is as it seems – with this mission or their relationship. In fact, Duncan isn't the villain Lucy has made him out to be. In fact, he might just be the scoundrel she's been looking for all along.

5 Stars!!
5 Stars! Shana Galen is such a talented writer! I love her books and this book did not disappoint! It was suspenseful yet lighthearted and fun with some passionate ‘sexy times’ and sizzling chemistry! This is book 4 in the ‘Royal Saboteurs’ series and can be read as a standalone but I’d recommend reading the series in order, since they were all fantastic reads! Shana Galen writes books that you remember, even years after reading them! Sometimes I’ll read a book and not remember much of it as soon as I finish it. Not Shana’s books, they stay with you.
The main characters were Lucy Galloway & Duncan Slorach. Duncan was freakin adorable! Lucy was kind of a ‘female dog’ at the beginning but became likable. Duncan is in love with Lucy from the beginning and he was just so sweet, how could anyone NOT fall in love with him?! Lucy is such a strong female main character, she can definitely take care of herself. ‘Sexy times’ scenes were a bit drawn out & I skimmed through some of it, but that might just be me. For some reason, I’ve been disinterested in the ‘sexy times’ scenes of late, probably because I’ve read it all before. All in all, this was an absolute winner that I highly recommend. If you enjoy strong female main characters with steamy ‘sexy times’, plenty of suspense, tons of chemistry, and a HEA ending, look no further!
The sneak peak at the final book in the series was so good, I really can’t wait to read Margaret’s book! When I read that first chapter sneak peak, I actually squealed! Then I remembered it was only a preview and I have to wait for the rest of the book! No fair! That’s almost as bad as a cliffhanger… almost.
