Great book, would recommend everyone to read
A Very Helpful Guide to Change
I picked up this book during a time of change in my professional life. Changes that showed up that I did not initiate or welcome but were dealt to me, and it was my personal assignment to deal with the reality of the cards that I was dealt. This book was a helpful guide to the process of addressing a professional “ending” that would occur however I played my hand. In hindsight, I asked the hard questions and processed the options in a healthier and more sustainable manner, which gives me great confidence in the decision I made. Thank you, Henry!
