New Christian's Handbook by Max Anders
I enjoyed the book very much but was saddened by the poor job of proof reading before it was released. Several typos, words out of order, or missing all together, and an incorrect Scripture reference (most likely a typo.) I doubt the "Hard Copy" was released that sloppy! Come on guys... E-Books are a thing of the future, let's treat them with a little more respect.... It is not a good testimony to Thomas Nelson Publishing if they hand the job over to a second rate "translator" !
I found Max Anders' thoughts well developed and researched and presented in a non-threatening manner so that it might seem a bit like systematic theology. There were challenges to consider, suggested Scripture to memorize and lots to meditate upon. Thank you for touching upon things that I hadn't been exposed to as a new Christian many years ago!
