Norman v. Arnold

1 Plaintiffs appeal the dismissal of their amended complaint and the denial of their motion for leave to file a second amended complaint. The district court dismissed the amended complaint after granting summary judgment in favor of defendants Arnold and Larson, and after denying defendants leave to file a second amended complaint. With respect to the grant of summary judgment and the dismissal of the amended complaint, we affirm in part and reverse in part. With respect to the denial of leave to file a second amended complaint, we affirm. FACTUAL AND PROCEDURAL BACKGROUND
