Rand Beacham 1 The State charged Tyrone Boyd in an information with rape, a first degree felony, and possession or consumption of an alcoholic beverage by a minor, a class B misdemeanor. Boyd pleaded guilty to the misdemeanor charge, and a jury convicted him of rape. He appeals that conviction. We affirm. BACKGROUND
