UW1983 ,

Incomparable Joseph Conrad

The theme unfolds slowly and inexorably. The struggles of man and woman as life and circumstances roll out in front of us. A story of passion for not so much riches , but stature; the human condition affected by labor, love, longing, and misinterpretations as projected by each of the characters. Conrad is a master when it comes to the almost dream like quality of the scene he is attempting to convey. It is worth the price of your time to read and digest its portraiture of that time, not unlike our own.
