I ADORED this book!!
I cried, I laughed, I cried some more and then cried even more, but in the end I was left with the best ‘feel good feeling’ and a huge grin on my face!! 100% recommend, 10 out of 10 times.
An Entertaining Read!
You know that one annoying neighbor. This book highlights them all! In this case, they all rent flats at Shelly’s house. The neighbors that were included are: a senior citizen who is in everyone’s business and is constantly complaining; a woman who is constantly arguing with her boyfriend; a young guy who plays loud music and has parties; a dad and daughter duo who recently lost their wife/mother; and a divorced man who rents out a room to help with loneliness. He is currently renting it to a young woman who has a secret past. These are the type of neighbors that make a community have character! One day, they all get an eviction notice and one resident is found unconscious. Why, after so many years, is everyone being asked to move out? Was this resident targeted?
This hilariously funny book will keep you turning the pages to see what evolves. All the different personalities are what makes this book so fun and entertaining! Definitely one to take on vacation!
