Fun Read for Beach or Anytime
I loved this book, especially since I’m traveling to Greece this fall. The only thing that disappointed me was the ending which left me to my imagination. That would be fun for others, but I wanted things settled.
One Summer in Santorini
Second book I have read by this author, and just like the first, I enjoyed it so much. Reading about travel and the experiences that go along with it is the only way I travel. Unfortunately, actually traveling is a phobia of mine. Sarah is the main character of the book and decides on a trip to Greece after a bad break up. She books on a travel tour by yacht with several other people and meets a younger guy named Josh that she tries not to involve herself with, but does anyway. Then she meets an older and wealthy man along the way named James. Both men intrigue her and for several reasons she can’t quite come to a decision between the two. Spending the majority of the time with Josh she realizes she might be falling in love with him, but he lives in Chicago and she lives in Australia. The two of them give mixed messages of their feelings to each other and at the end of the trip she gets a message from James that he wants to see her when she gets to London to visit her sister. Josh is aware of this and not happy about it and asks her not to see him. Now it’s on to the next book to find out what happens.
