This book was exciting up until the end and then it was a big let down. Like it up until the last chapter.
Very Disappointing
One expects better from this writer. I've enjoyed the detective series, but this book is several grades short... Maybe an early attempt at a popular novel that was only published after had become known for better work?
The plotting is predictable, the characters trite, and the political premise absurd. Stereotypes bound up in an immaturely observed milieu.
If you're a fan of this guy's work, don't give him this opportunity to disappoint you. Try something new. It will probably be better than this.

Was excited to read the book after reading about it a news story in Yahoo. Came here to download it but read the review first. Did anyone proofread the Description? Did anyone proofread the book? Quickly lost interest in the book.
