Otis Elevator Company v. Melott

1 Mrs. Goldie Melott sued Otis Elevator Company, a corporation, and Harry E. Hampton for damages for personal injuries which she sustained. Verdict and judgment were for the plaintiff and against the defendants. The defendants contend the trial court was in error in overruling defendants demurrer to plaintiffs evidence and defendants motion for a directed verdict.
