Out Like a Goddess
Publisher Description
They say she’s a goddess, but she definitely doesn’t act like one.
Evangeline Lewis thinks the gods must be crazy. First, they say she’s a goddess, and now they’ve given her a job that almost no one can do: fix whatever the gods of Olympus break.
Soon, Eva takes her first official client and discovers that someone is kidnapping gods…and no one on Olympus cares. Her investigation leads her deep into the inner workings of Olympus, and the gods that call it home. With visions of what’s to come, Eva finds herself in a race against time to find and confront the force behind the vanishing gods.
With every disappearance, the stakes only get more dire. When Eva's visions finally reveal the culprit, she’s left with a difficult choice: embrace her true nature as a goddess and all the pain that comes with it…or leave Olympus to face total, irreparable destruction.

Page turner
Loved the characters, the various gods in the story as they are portrayed brought back memories of high school class. Darwin I could hear portrayed by black male actor. Great story

Mythology review
I never read this series before so having the previous prequel added to this I think makes it great. I loved the characters and the take on everything. Cozy mystery for sure! You will get a mythology review in this series and how Eva comes to be…well in part. Looking forward to reading the rest of this series.
I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
Fun start to a new series.
Life isn’t easy when you’re tasked with “fixing” the problems of the gods. Eva is only human, or is she? Fast paced romp. Enough mystery to keep the story moving. A heroine who at first seems out of her depth, but keeps coming out ahead. I don’t generally read in this genre, but I’m in for this series.
