The nature of Villa Hollow’s many varied inhabitants is a secret not disclosed to new residents.
When Dr. Josephine Lester moves into Villa Hollow to open her psychiatric practice, it doesn’t take long to notice it’s not the most normal town. In her line of work, she expects odd. She expects disturbed. What she doesn’t expect is a sleepwalking vampire, a haunted house, or a coalition of people working against the paranormal element to try to run her out of town.

Sheriff and telepath, Nathan Holmes grew up in Villa Hollow and although not everyone in his town gets along, with work he maintains the balance between humans and paranormals. However, when Dr. Lester moves in, the equilibrium shifts. She’s ignorant of her heritage, and that alone is reason enough to keep an eye on her. The other is, he can't go an hour without the tendrils of her thoughts intruding in his mind.

Soon Josie is faced with a dilemma, if she leaves, where does the vegetarian werewolf go when she is distraught over eating meat? To whom does the poor housewife seeing little green men turn?
If she stays, will the handsome telepathic sheriff help her adapt when paranormal becomes normal?
