Order On order of the Court, the delayed application for leave to appeal is considered, and it is DENIED, because we are not persuaded that the questions presented should be reviewed by this Court. The motions for the appointment of counsel and for the production of court documents and transcripts are considered, and they are DENIED, but this is without prejudice to the defendant's opportunity to present his request for court documents and transcripts to the trial court, in compliance with the procedure established in MCR 6.433.
