Phantom is on a quest with his human and animal friends to find the magical moss that will give him his eye sight back and aid in him ascending the throne to all of "catdom". 


 In real life, Phantom is a cat who had his eyes removed as a baby and who learned to live again without any eyes at "SCOOTERS PLACE". 


SCOOTERS PLACE is a cat rescue shelter that provides physical and socialization therapy in hopes of then being adopted out to their "forever" homes.
