Good techniques. Great the author mentioned and expounded on other techniques utilized (he also gave the reference). I think I can follow them but needs probably lots of practicing. Would be great to read and have the master after demondtarte. Or see/learn then read so one can tweak/practice. Nevertheless, I find it is a great book to have for those interested. I amlike defensive techniques thus intrigued by this. Need to learn more about the others the author mentioned.
This was narrated with pictures and easy to follow instructions. Also gave other defense techniques in the end and other resources. Am planning to checj them out.
