Practice, Practice
Sam is a a good girl and perpetual student. She knows how to do school and she’s good at it. Luckily for her, her grandfather is willing to support her. She’s also a good friend. When her friend Hunter goes to jail during his “wild” phase, she remains his friend and pen pal. When he gets parole and needs a place to stay and a job, she comes up with the idea to get “practice” married to help him out. But Sam is starting to get a bit tired of always being the good girl in the family and wanting to live life more fully. She makes a list of things she’s always wanted to do, and Hunter is going to help her do them. Maybe one of those things is also having a more than platonic relationship with her high school crush.

The book could have been written in only 3 chapters. The book just drags out the story and doesn’t add any depth.
One of the best books I have read in a long time.
The characters are complex but without being boring. I couldn’t stop even if I wanted to.
What a great read.
