So Basic, But So Logical

I am 75 years old and retired. I realized that I was spending plenty of time in bed, but getting very poor quality sleep. This book has helped me put quality back into my sleep and greatly increased my energy level during the day. All of the methods described become so logically evident as a solution as you begin to apply them to your own personal sleep cycle. This program works. I started getting better sleep within 2 weeks. Very simple, but very effective.
