R. C. Hullum v. State Texas

This case was assigned, on appellants motion for rehearing, to the writer as a Commissioner for consideration and recommendation of its disposition. After studying the record I prepared an opinion in which it was recommended that the case be reversed and remanded. This opinion was approved by the court and delivered October 12, 1966, but was thereafter withdrawn in the opinion on the States Motion for Rehearing delivered November 30, 1966.
