Q - So, what makes the Donovans series special?
A - First and foremost, it's a story about this family dynamic and their strong bonds. I wanted to create characters that were relatable and that I would want to hang out with. Strong women and complicated men. Those are the kinds of contemporary romances I love to read. And as always, I had to make it funny, because romantic comedy is where my heart is.
And I as always wanted to celebrate diversity in romance so I stayed in the Interracial and Multicultural Romance genre.
Q - What order should I read the books in?
A – Great question! So far, there are four in the series. The fifth book in the series will release in summer 2016.

My Favorite in the Series (which is saying a lot)!
I received an ARC for an honest review. I think out of all of the Donovan books this one is my favorite (which is saying a lot because I have loved them all)!
I loved the main characters. Kiss, being a race car driver, has to have an edge to survive in a man dominated sport and it makes her so spunky I just fell in love! D3 is the perfect compliment to her and there chemistry is sizzling, even when trying to avoid it! This book had so much to offer... humor, love, steamy romance, whacky families, broken pasts, crushed dreams, mystery and of course SASS and a few appearances by some of the other Donovan's that I love so much! Even the supporting characters were great (some in a sly way). Once I started I couldn't put it down!!!

Awesome read! Another great story with a different twist. A definite page turner with plenty of chemistry and love. Nana Malone has done it again!!!
Kiss and Derek on Fire!
Nana has a way of bringing her characters to life by placing them in the most emotionally unavailable situations but this is why her books work. Race for Love is no difference. Kisima brings her talent on the track and her inexperience in her personal life together when she meets Derek, experienced lover and relationship-phobe. Together they embark on a professional whirlwind that leads to the greatest win of all. I love Nana Malone's Race For Love. It's non-stop action and never ending romance. Must read! Another 5 star in her arsenal of 5 star romances.
