Teasing in Stilettos

The latest installment in the Stilettos series, this concentrates on a previously side character, Cara, and her complicated love life. She loves Tate, but started dating his twin brother Donovan. Bad move, now he thinks he owns her, and has gone out of his way to ruin her life. Now, she needs to get herself together and get on with it. Tate is burdened with a loser brother, a father who dominates and is trapped. They slowly work towards each other while navigating life. A fun read, you don't need to read the series to enjoy this book, but don't deprive yourself of a good time! Read them all!

Teasing in Stilettos is another fun read from Nana. We get to learn a bit more about Cara from Tempting. Teasing is the story about reuniting with the one that got away and fixing the issues that caused the friction in the first place. Since this story was on the shorter side, the ending is kind of quick and it doesn't let me know much about the state of Tate's relationship with his family. Other than that, it doesn't disappoint. Tate and Cara are hot.

Sweet, romantic and sexy is just the beginning of Tate and Cara's story, but appearances could be deceiving when a twin comes to complicate things up. Always trying to do the right thing for his family and trying to protect his brother, Tate is at a charity event when he meets Cara a funny, beautiful girl and instantly something very special sparks between them. Cara is deceit as he introduces himself as Donovan, his twin, who will cause great hurt and suffering to both.
After many years we find Cara as we left her in Tempting in Stilettos, a sexy, determine, wonderful dancer, and teacher starting in her new gig at Club Prestige. She is doing great and finally is getting back on her when fate decides to intervene and bring back the two guys she can't stop thinking about, the one that she loves and the one that destroyed her.
Fate is a funny thing and it brings back both men into her life. When given the opportunity of a second chance, Tate will do anything in his power to get Cara back in his life and make her the happiest woman alive, even if he has to go against everyone and everything.
