Love is a Verb
An honest vulnerable look at how mental health and childhood trauma affects us in our daily adult lives and helpful insight into to healing those wounds. I loved this book.
This book may have saved my life
I have never read anything where I felt like I wrote it, where I felt like I was being seen and heard and spoken to by someone whose life I could never possibly identify with. But Zachary’s honesty, openness, and analysis of his trauma allowed me to see and understand mine. Through his stories, I myself felt less fear, shame, guilt, and pain. If you’re struggling with depression, pain, issues with self-love, difficult relationships — just read this. I promise it will help you.
So much truth.
Zac tells his story but it feels like my story. It also made me feel like I was not alone. Sound advice about self love and grace. I want a Beth in my life. Awesome job Zac!
