Open, honest, relatable and read very nicely by the author
I was able to see and relate to some of the experiences in my life. Many of the insights Zachary Levi had made me think of issues I had and maybe why I have certain personality traits developed from my own experiences of youth and a dysfunctional family. I was very entertained and had many thought provoking moments along the way.

Life changing read. 10/10
This was one of the best listens and came exactly when I needed it. So thankful that he shared all of this and was so open. A lot of great life lessons if you’re in a dark place. I’ll also say this was slightly religious but as a person who does not follow faith, it was not annoying or overwhelming. Would read this again!
