But things are about to heat up when bored scientist and pervert Maxwell Gibbons unleashes his latest invention on the unsuspecting populace. With more than a thousand CCTV’s at his command, he sits back and watches as the almost prudish citizens delve into the deepest, darkest recesses of their libidos in an attempt to make every fantasy a reality.
