Ready To Run

Miguel is a young man, born and raised in the high mountains of central Mexico. This area is often called a monarch butterfly habitat, but to Miguel it is home. In the news today, we hear about the endangered butterflies, but not so much about the beleaguered young people of the area. Todays youth, in situations similar to Miguels, face a myriad of problems, not the least of which is that drug cartels ruthlessly threaten their lives. Here is a story about a twelve year old boy who becomes entangled in a local dealers web.
