Real Estate Numbers

I have tried to bring you the most up to date materials available.
When I first began teaching real estate math I went directly into the materials without a math review. Needless to say, I lost half of the class after the first week. So for the next class I decided to do a comprehensive math review and the class semester was over and I was still doing the math review.
The only solution was to introduce a review using a calculator, in particular a financial calculator, since it had all of the formulas in the memory of the machine. I reviewed most of the popular financial calculators available and decided that the “Qualifier Plus IIIx Model Number 3415 by Calculated Industries of Carson City, Nevada,” as the best available. In particular there is an App available for about $10. Using the calculator eliminated a great deal of the math review.
The book is written with an introductory math review and then it gets into the meat of real estate numbers.
Remember this math book is purely about the numbers with a dollar sign next to it and not any esoteric algebraic math formulas.
