Loved this book
I loved this book. It touched on a couple Sensitive topics and it was exciting and romantic.
Remington met Sky under tough circumstances, but that didn’t stopped them from connecting instantly. Sky was amazed that Remington had such an exciting effect on her. She had already given up finding someone and having a serious relationship. She was the doctor caring for his daughter -who was injured in a serious accident. When she was forced to keep important information about his daughter’s health and well-being a secret, she knew that their relationship could be in jeopardy, before they even had a chance to explore their feelings for each other.
I liked that despite the chemistry, the author allowed the relationship between Sky and Remington to developed steadily. The story flowed freely and I kept turning the pages. I would recommend this book. Thank you to the author.
After it all….there’s HOPE
April 2026…this year has been rocky, but there’s hope. I smiled, I laughed, I cried and I am hoping for a better tomorrow for myself. The best 2 words to describe this book - phenomenal inspiration!
Great read!
I never really write reviews but I had to for this book. It was such a great read, I loved how both of the female leads were successful black women who prioritized their careers. I also reallllly liked that the main character wasn’t some damsel in distress. I will be looking into more work from this author. Read this in a day and a half
