Renaissance Equity Holdings, LLC v. Pace Elevator, Inc‪.‬

In this breach of contract action, plaintiff Renaissance Equity Holdings, LLC (Renaissance) moves for an order: (1) pursuant to CPLR 3212, for summary judgment against defendant Pace Elevator, Inc. (Pace), in favor of Renaissance on its complaint, dismissing Paces affirmative defenses and counterclaims, and awarding damages to Renaissance in the amount of $241,864.00; (2) pursuant to CPLR 3205 (b), granting plaintiff leave to amend its complaint to add a claim for the recovery of legal costs and expenses in this action; and (c) awarding attorneys fees as part of the summary judgment award.
