One thing I am certain about God is that He will never take something away from you without the intention of replacing it with something much better. 
That is what He does. Maybe you are feeling frustrated right now after retrenchment; whatever it is, know that He will never leave you empty. 
He will replace everything you have lost and open the right doors for you at the right time. Yes, things can be very painful after retrenchment; uncertainty can easily become the order of the day. God has something better for you, but sometimes you just have to stop and look back at what God has already done for you in the past and remember that if He did it back then, He is faithful enough to do it again. God removes to replace, so be it in anything valuable to you. He shall provide nomakanjani.

As I look back on my life, I realise that every time I thought I was being rejected from something good, God was re-directing me to something great. I found out that God is a rewarder for those who seek Him diligently. I became aware of the fact that I shouldn't allow anyone who hasn't been in my shoes to tie my laces. Most importantly, when I am writing a story of my life, I must be the one that holds the pen. A bad leader builds walls; a good leader prepares you and opens the door.
