Such Is Life

About the Book:

The book is about real-life encounters and situations. It is based on what is taking place out there on real basis and is meant to bring about transformative changes in people's life. It is meant to expose what most people are scared to bring to the fore. The book touches on several things that happen behind the scenes whose consequences are dire in nature and at times, difficult to recover from. It encapsulates real life mentoring and coaching lessons including but not limited to having reverence for the Lord. It transcends the good, the bad and the ugly of life. The book makes a distinction between a bad seed and a wrong environment and the fact that direction is more important than speed. It employs themes, concepts and metaphors that will compel and provoke the reader to pose, reflect, adjust, and re-adjust. The book will push the reader to be prepared for mud when they pray for the rain, it will drive the reader to be intentional in life! Among other things, it is meant to drive the reader to learn, unlearn and re-learn certain basics in life hence titled "Such Is Life".

About the Author:  

He believes in the University of Life (UoL) and the fact that we all have an equal chance in the UoL but at different times, places, and circumstances. The UoL offers a curriculum that covers the good, the bad and the ugly chapters. The ugly chapters have a lot of pain, but pain gives a lesson, and every lesson changes a person. And the fact that the pass rate is determined by one's attitude, character, decisions, faith, and personal responses to life. He is very independent in mind, a lateral thinker, passionate about leadership and life in general. He holds a view that never introduce yourself to a lifestyle you cannot afford and never adopt a lifestyle that depends on someone else in life. He strongly believes that "Whoever left you in the jungle doesn't have the right to know what happened when they see you again".

Most importantly, one should always step back and let God be God. He posits that, "Anything that you have to go outside God to get, you have to stay outside God to keep." He has learned to drive carefully on the road called "Life", because people switch lanes on you without a signal.
