Great "Coffee Table" book
Beautifully designed, elegant, fun to read eBook, with just the right touch of infectious music (to make me look up the local band they used.) Although this is definitely aimed at somebody either thinking of getting into home-roasting, or just starting, there are enough tips in here to make it worthwhile even for some intermediate-level home-roasters. If nothing else, the video interviews with (one of the best) coffee suppliers made this well worth it for me. I gave it one less star only because I thirsted for just a bit more frothy information about roasting in there.
