IN USA Today bestseller ROMANCING MY LOVE...
After months of caring for her terminally ill mother, Rebecca Rivera is left all alone in a world she doesn't trust--but she's determined not to let her mother's death define her. Losing her job, having to pummel some jerk for being too handsy, and living in her car are just temporary setbacks to an otherwise solid plan in finding her footing. Full of pride and used to being in control of her life, she's certain she can make it on her own. The last thing Rebecca needs is a man to fix her troubles--even if that man is strikingly handsome, wealthy, and charismatic Pierce Braden.
Pierce is a powerful real estate investor on the verge of a major acquisition. As the eldest of six siblings raised by a single mother, he's spent his life protecting those he loves. He's used to being in charge and making things right, and although he'd give his life for his family, he treats the women he dates as expendable--until he meets sexy and stubborn Rebecca Rivera, a woman who is as strong as she is vulnerable.
Passion ignites between them, and the two share their most intimate thoughts and desires. It doesn't take long for Pierce to realize that Rebecca is as determined not to be saved as he is to find a way into her heart. As their love grows, Rebecca must face fears she didn't even realize she had--and Pierce must learn the hard truth that sometimes less really is more. Is the power of true love enough for Rebecca and Pierce to learn to give up control and allow their hearts to take over?

"I highly recommend this book to fans of Nora Roberts (one of my personal faves) and fans of a sweet story filled with heat and heart." - Tia Bach, author
"Melissa Foster is quickly becoming one of my favorites. Fated For Love was amazing. It kind of reminds me of Jill Shalvis' books and they are my benchmark for contemporary romance awesomeness." --Books Like Breathing (on Fated for Love)
"I highly recommend the Snow Sisters all the Braden and Remington books....I am sure there are going to be other family's that intertwine and that is what I love most about these books. They remind me of the McCarthy of Gansett series and The Green Mountain series. I am a huge fan of Marie Force. And now Melissa Foster has joined her ranks...." - I Love NY, Reviewer
"Melissa's writing reminds me of Linda Lael Miller's Creed Saga..that spanned a bajillion books, or so it seemed. Well, except for one thing, Melissa's story has a little more spice." - A Chick Who Reads
"I love family-oriented stories, or series that focus on a family. [...] In a way it reminded me of Bella Andre's Sullivans series." - Joy, Goodreads Reviewer
"Between Melissa and Marie Force I'm in readers heaven." - A Reviewer
"Steamy and sensual with huge heart! I had to start reading the 2nd book right away! My new favorite author! If you're a Nora Roberts fan, you'll love Melissa Foster's books!" - K. Winning
"...a great circle of friends bring echoes of favorite Maeve Binchey novels mixed with thoroughly modern American romance."- Sheila D.
Romancing My Love is one of my favorite books by this author. Casino owner Pierce Braden still has a small town guy feel. He isn’t one to be throwing his money around and acting like the important rich guy.
Rebecca Rivera is a strong heroine who doesn’t go around whining about her lot even though she has had a lot of hardships to endure. Her biggest fault is she gets so much into doing everything for herself she can’t let anyone help her. Her pride and stubbornness trips her up at every turn.
I loved listening to this audiobook on my commute. The excellent narration really added to the story and kept me interested and entertained.
Romancing My Love
First time reading this author. I enjoyed the story and the characters although I can’t believe something like Pierce and Rebecca would happen in real life. But it’s a sweet fairytale with several sexy bedroom scenes which makes for good book sales.
Pierce and Rebecca had me captivated!
I first read this book a couple years ago upon discovering some of Melissa Foster's other books. I recently had the opportunity to listen to the audiobook and rediscover this great story. Pierce is a typical alpha male on the surface, but with a huge caring heart underneath that big cloak of privacy and workaholic lifestyle. Rebecca is likable from the very beginning as the reader learns of some of her struggles-some that she is still working through. I tend to read very fast, and sometimes I miss little details, so I really liked taking the time to listen to the audiobook and get re-introduced to the characters. I only gave it 4 out of 5 because the premise of the story (rich guy/down on her luck girl) has been so overdone. Melissa actually does a great job developing characters that not only "fit" together, but that I wanted to get to know!
