One of the things I love the most about Carriger’s writing is her characters-even in her fantasy/sci-fi/steampunk world the characters feel so real, even the so-called side characters. These novellas are fantastic- it’s so great to see more into these characters (and Genevieve Lefoux has always been one of my favorites)!
