Lovely suspense thriller with the right amount of friction between main characters and frivolous capering about to escape death. Well plotted out, but it does give away a bit too much in the middle. The moxie of the female lead fades in and out so it was hard to like her all the time, but James battled around it, offering the right amount of humor. I just hate that they thought so little thought to the murder of a minor character.
