Teddy
The bomb exploded... and changed my life forever. I was the only member of my unit to survive, and every day I wonder why. Why me and not them? Now that I learned a fellow soldier left me his family fortune, it's made the guilt unbearable. I have the money to do whatever I want, except change the past.
Mia
I was attracted to Teddy the moment our eyes met. Yet the survivor's guilt he suffers is palpable. I want to get close, but he's determined to keep the world at arm's length. Can I help him learn to celebrate his second chance instead of blaming himself simply for surviving?
This is a Steamy, Small Town, Military Romance. No Cliffhangers.
This is Book 3 in the Oakside Military Heroes Series.
As always there is a satisfying Happy Ever After.
If you love steamy romances with insta love, hot love scenes, military men, and small towns, then this one is for you.

Saving Teddy
Love the story of Teddy and Mia. Ups and downs and Mia holds her own. Love keeping up with the other couples too. Very sweet HEA.
Saving Teddy
It was a lot of fun getting to know Teddy & Mia and spend time with “old friends”. While I did enjoy Saving Teddy very much it’s not one of my favorites. I still give it 5 ⭐️s though. It has pretty much everything you want in a good story, love, intense heat, family, fun, and some emotional moments. I just didn’t feel the pull with them like the others. Still recommend it!
Absolutely Love This Book
This is the third book in the Oakside Military Heroes series. Another home run for Kaci Rose. Emotional story. The doctors believe he'll be completely mobile but he's not really trying to get better. Teddy is dealing with a huge pile of survivor’s guilt and is basically punishing himself over and over again. Mia is at Oakside for the summer to visit with Lexi and volunteer at Oakside. She knows a bit about survivors’ guilt too after losing a good friend when she was younger. Mia and Teddy are great together but will Teddy stop pushing everyone away talk to help deal with this guilt? Steamy and well written. A rollercoaster of emotions. Loved it and can't wait for book four!
