출판사 설명
abstract Scope of work is now the primary mechanism for flexibility in USPAR It gives appraisers the ability to tailor each assignment appropriately for the circumstances. However, the appraiser must give careful thought to the scope of work decision, must be prepared to defend that decision, and must clearly explain the scope of work of an assignment in any report. The Scope of Work Rule clearly sets forth the requirement to identify the problem to be solved. This article focuses on the seven parameters of an assignment that identify the problem to be solved. Each of these parameters must be known to decide the appropriate scope of work.
